This wild seaweed is hand-picked by careful foragers in the coast of British Columbia, Canada by northern Vancouver Island or north of Haida Gwaii and slow-dried away from UV light within 24 hours (at a low enough temperature to still be considered a raw food). Rich in iodine, fiber, potassium, and other nutrients, Bull Kelp is one of almost 3,000 varieties of seaweed in the brown kelp family! It has a delicious chewy texture and briny umami flavor you're going to love.

Fun Fact: Bull kelp is one of the fastest growing plants in the world, growing up to 30 centimeters (almost a foot!) a day in the summertime!
