Small-batch Artisan Pasta made with Italian organic semolina and only organic ingredients on beautiful Whidbey Island, Washington. Extruded through bronze dies (without Teflon!) and slowly air-dried for exceptional taste and reduced cooking time. Made to be loved wildly.
Directions: A dried serving of pasta is ~2 oz/person. Cooks in less than 5 minutes! Enjoy with your favorite sauce, sautéed vegetables and a protein!
