Madrona-Smoked Honey

This is honey like you've never had before. Sweet, savory, and umami all at once. Raw honey is smoked over foraged Madrona Wood for about 12 hours. Makes a great member of charcuterie (or sea-cuterie) boards, is great in marinades, on toast, in coffee... the list goes on.
