Ingredients to get through Salinity:
- 1 dozen Oysters, fresh & still in the shell (keep in fridge)
Ingredients to get elsewhere:
- 3/4 cup porter or Irish stout
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, plus more for garnish
- 1 medium shallot, finely diced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
- Malt vinegar, to taste
