Material: Maple (Hardwood)

Storage: This item is shelf-stable. Hand wash with dish soap and hot water (DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER). Rinse well (DO NOT SOAK). Dry immediately with a clean towel. Store upright and let air dry. When totally dry, condition board with food safe Board Butter to seal and protect the wood.
