This is a shelf-stable, wholesome, and delicious goat milk cream! Add to coffee, tea, baked goods, or whatever you’d like. The flakes can be easily ground with a mortar/pestle and simply added to a smoothie or hot coffee.
You can transform the cream flakes back into a liquid cream by combining the container of Goat Milk Cream flakes with 1 3/4 cup of water in the blender, then store in the fridge for up to 7 days. The dry flakes themselves are shelf-stable.
Fresh goats milk is harvested from happy goats in Chehalis, Washington. The milk is then run through a cream separator that extracts the cream from the milk using no chemicals. This concentrated cream is gently dried on their Refractance Window Dryer at low temps, preserving the nutrition. This drying method uses conduction, convection and infrared which applies minimal and variable heat sources to gently dry the cream and preserve the original integrity that keeps it as close to nature as possible. The dried flakes are then simply added to the bottle with no further processing applied. Goat milk cream contains too much fat to be turned into a powder, so this flake process is used instead!
Goat milk cream possesses several important essential fatty acids the most significant being Conjugated Linoleic Acid also abbreviated as CLA (see Fig 1). CLA is well known in the health and nutrition world and has been regarded for its health benefits for decades. CLA is only found in the meat and milk of grass-fed ruminants (cows, goats, deer). Goat milk cream also contains a much higher level of medium-chain fatty acids than cow milk cream.
No antibiotics, no hormones, no chemicals, no soy, no pesticides, no GMOs, gluten-free, vegetarian.
