- Listen to an educational lecture about oysters
- Intro to professional oyster tasting methods using the free Sample Ox tasting app
- Oyster shucking demonstration
- Shuck and taste 3 different kinds of oysters that Salinity carries - a native Olympia oyster, and two Pacific oysters grown very differently in different bays
Located upstairs from Salinity’s shop at Bayview Corner at 5603 Bayview Rd, Suite 3, Langley, WA. Inside the "Front Room" in the second level of the historic Bayview Cash Store (elevator available).
Register by midnight the Sunday before the workshop. Online-only participants must sign up at least 12 hrs before to get the link to join! Venmo also available.
