This is the smoked version of Alaska Coastal Seaweed's amazing nori flakes! Flakes of salty, savory wild nori (Porphyra) seaweed from southeast Alaska. Smoked over alder wood. Sprinkle it on vegetables, meat, seafood, salads, popcorn, or pretty much anything.
Mild taste that mostly blends into dishes or adds a little umami!
