- 1 cup Extra-Sharp Cheddar Cheese (instead of Parmesan cheese)
- 1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
- 1 pound dried Fettuccine Pasta
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt (instead of Kosher salt)
Ingredients to get elsewhere:
- 3 large lemons
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley, optional
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
