- 3 slices Mild Gouda Cheese
- 4 thick slices Bread
- pinch Sea Salt
- splash of Bullwhip Kelp Piri Piri Hot Sauce (optional)
Ingredients to get elsewhere:
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms brown, white, or whatever you have on hand
- ½ cup sliced white onion
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Pinch pepper
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp BBQ sauce
