- Sea Salt to taste
- dash of Bullwhip Kelp Piri Piri Hot Sauce

- 1 cup Lime juice
- 1/2 Large mango, cubed
- 12 Cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 Minced onions
- 2 Tbsp Minced cilantro
- Pepper to taste
