Wild Pacific Halibut fish are longline-caught in southeast Alaska, and quickly filleted and pinboned so they can be flash frozen at sea to lock in their fantastic flavor. Halibut is a lean fish with a gentle, slightly sweet and mild flavor. With a firmer texture than cod and a delicate flavor, this wild caught fish is perfect to take on any flavor you choose.
Halibut will thaw quickly in the fridge or will last for months in the freezer!
Size: about 6 to 8 ounces (size varies). This is a piece that will serve 1-2 people.
