Program:

• Listen to an educational lecture about cacao, learn how chocolate is made
• Intro to professional chocolate tasting methods using the free Sample Ox tasting app
• Taste different chocolates that Salinity carries - a wide range of white, milk, and dark fair trade chocolates from around the world
