Wild Pacific cod is marinated in a house-made teriyaki blend, smoked low and slow, and dried to a soft, sticky, perfectly chewy texture. It’s sweet, savory, and unbelievably snackable, a flavor that feels familiar, but better.
Eat it straight, or chop it into small pieces and toss into a bowl of fried rice or noodles for a quick burst of sweet-savory flavor.
