- 4 five-ounce portions of Halibut, Rockfish, or Lingcod (instead of tilapia)
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs (get Bread to make)
- 2 tablespoons grated Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (instead of Parmesan)
Ingredients to get elsewhere:
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
