Wild Black Cod fish are hand-harvested in Alaska, then quickly filleted and pinboned, and flash frozen to lock in their fantastic flavor. This species is also known as sablefish. Rich, buttery taste from a fish rich in omega-3s. Cod will thaw quickly in the fridge or will last for months in the freezer! This is a smaller piece that will serve 1-2 people.
