Program:

• Listen to an educational lecture about oysters
• Oyster shucking demonstration
• Shuck and taste 3 different kinds of oysters that Salinity carries - a native Olympia oyster, and two Pacific oysters grown very differently in different bays

Register by the Sunday before the workshop to reserve your oysters! Non-oyster-eating attendees can book up until 24 hrs beforehand. Beer is a $5 charge, so you're welcome to choose the "No beer" option for $5 off and just have oysters!
