Smoked Black Cod Paté made with wild-caught trolling caught and flash-frozen at sea from the F/V Barnaof in the Bering Sea, Alaska. The cod is smoked at Seabolt’s Smokehouse on northern Whidbey Island, and blended with cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and herbs and spices. 32 grams of protein per container and no preservatives! Delicious on crackers, vegetables, pasta, sandwiches, or just eaten with a spoon.
