Wild-caught King Salmon sustainably troll-caught and flash-frozen at sea in Southeast Alaska. The salmon is hot-smoked over alder wood at Seabolt’s Smokehouse on northern Whidbey Island. Made with no preservatives. Rich in Omega-3s and protein - about 21 grams in 6 oz! Pin bones are removed for easy eating. Delicious on crackers, vegetables, pasta, sandwiches, or just eaten by itself.
