This vanilla bean powder is made from 100% pure, organic, Ugandan vanilla beans. Sprinkle it on anything! The team of farmers in this community near Kampala, Uganda harvest their fresh vanilla beans and sell them to a another group in Uganda who completes the careful drying in the sun over months to preserve the best flavor. Once finished, beans are ground fresh to produce a fine powder rich in flavor and aroma. Nothing else added!

Uganda is one of the only land-locked producers of Vanilla in the world, so while other countries are unfortunately battling the natural disasters of hurricanes and cyclones, Uganda’s vanilla crop and vines continue to stay mature and rich in flavor.

How To Use: 2 tsp. vanilla bean powder = 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Great for desserts, barbecue rubs, marinades, soups, baking adventures, or just spoon in your coffee!

Storage: This is a shelf-stable item. Shelf-life is 12–24 months.

Shipping: This is a shelf-stable item. It can be shipped at the slowest speed (UPS Ground or USPS Priority). All items ship on Thursday (order deadline: Sunday at midnight). Local delivery or in-store pickup on Whidbey Island on Fridays (order deadline: Sunday at midnight).
